The power of taking care of oneself cannot be underestimated.

Taking steps to improve your mental health is a huge accomplishment. It is my goal to acknowledge that seeking counseling services may be difficult for you and to collaborate with you on ways we can tailor the counseling process to your needs and preferences.

  • Virtual & In-Person Sessions

    Telehealth/virtual sessions are available for Arkansas residents.

  • Sliding Scale Rates

    Sliding scale rates are available on a case-by-case basis. Referrals to other low-cost or free counseling resources may be available.

  • Online Payments

    All major credit cards and HSAs are accepted.

  • Consultation and Referrals

    Initial meeting (15 minutes) at no cost to determine if we are a good therapeutic match. Referrals to other therapists will be provided if needed.
